You may have seen Mary Beth Byrd in any number of commercials or reporting the news, but these days you're more likely to find her escorting a client around South Tampa looking for their dream home. A journalist and communications major from Florida State University, Mary Beth can easily relate to a variety of personalities with confidence. Stepping into the real estate world was a natural fit for Mary Beth as she’s always been surrounded by those in the industry. With her mother a Realtor, her husband a Bay Area condo developer, and father-in-law a long time real estate broker in Tampa Bay…the transition to Real Estate Sales was a seamless one.
Growing up in South Tampa, Mary Beth knows what Bay Area living is all about. One of her greatest joys is introducing a new family to the community that she has grown up in and has chosen to raise her children. Mary Beth and her husband have two daughters and lead a busy, active lifestyle in South Tampa.
Community involvement plays a big part in Mary Beth’s life with volunteer activities that include The Junior League of Tampa, The American Cancer Society, The American Heart Association, Mary Lee’s House, and St Mary’s Episcopal Day School. Mary Beth is also involved in Delta Delta Delta Alumni Association and Hyde Park United Methodist Church.
